The Web architecture build from simple technologies which connect with efficiently and usable and hope is it can grow further in the future.

The Web is a space in which resources are identified by Uniform Resource Identifiers (URI). There are protocols to support interaction between agents, and format to represent the information resources. These are the basic ingredients of the web.

Identification of resources is essential in order to be able to share information, reason, modify,or exchange. URI’s also connect the Web with the social world, in that they institutions.

The Web supports a wide variety of file formats, of which the most well-known is HTML and more formats possible use from the web, with it we can share more file and document with our friend and also we can sharing information to world.

From the aspect of web architecture, an important aim of web science is to identify the essential aspects of identification, interaction and representation that make the web work and to allow the implementation of systems that can support or promote desirable behavior.

And other aspect from methodology in web science, Web Science is a combination of synthesis, analysis and governance. In the rest of this text, we will take these three aspects in turn,, beginning with synthesis, then analysis, and then social issues that impact on web development, before finishing with a discussion of governace issues.
